We want you to love your purchase from FIFO Finds.

As all items are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including incorrect size or selection.

Please check product details and sizing carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a replacement.
