When will I receive my order?
All items are made-to-order.

You’ll receive tracking once your order is shipped.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship across all of Australia.
We also offer international shipping to selected countries.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (including sizing).
However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
No stress, we’ve got you.

We’ll organise a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can’t be changed or cancelled once they’ve been processed, as production starts quickly.
